Committee Engagement

UPNAAI’s work thrives because volunteers step forward to lead, create, and serve. Whether you’re passionate about education, events, communications, or strengthening our global alumni network, there’s a committee where your skills can make an immediate impact. Join the Education & Research Committee to help shape learning programs for future nurses, support the Program Committee in bringing our events and celebrations to life, or lend your voice to the Communications & Team Engagement Committee to amplify the stories of UP nurses worldwide. Balik‑Turo

Each year, alumni from around the world return to the UP College of Nursing to share real‑world experience, fresh insights, and leadership lessons with today’s students. Held during UPCN’s Foundation Day, this exclusive collaboration between the College and UPNAAI inspires future nurses to become confident, compassionate, and transformational leaders—both on campus and in the communities they will one day serve.

You can be a speaker, a panelist, or a coordinator to help organize the operational details of this annual event.

UPNAAI Baccalaureate Scholarship Grant Program

The UPNAAI Baccalaureate Scholarship Grant Program helps UP College of Nursing students pursue their education with confidence by providing financial support for tuition, fees, books, and other qualified educational expenses. Guided by clear, fair, and transparent policies, the program ensures that scholarships are awarded objectively—based on academic performance, potential, character, and financial need.

Administered in partnership with the UP College of Nursing, these grants reflect UPNAAI’s commitment to academic excellence, leadership development, and service to the community. Each scholarship is funded through the generosity of alumni and donors who believe in uplifting future UP nurses and strengthening the nursing profession in the Philippines and beyond.

Community Service

Every year, UPNAAI and its chapters partner with city mayors, local leaders, and community organizations to bring meaningful support to neighborhoods across the Philippines and the United States. Our volunteers provide free health screenings, wellness education, meal assistance, environmental clean‑ups, and targeted donations that directly address local needs.

These efforts reflect the UP nurse’s enduring commitment to compassion, public service, and community uplift. With the help of sponsors and partners, UPNAAI continues to expand its reach—bringing essential services to more families, strengthening local health systems, and creating lasting impact where it matters most.
