Recognizing Leadership and Service Excellence
The UPNAAI Recognition of Service Excellence (UP-RoSE) Awards shall give appreciation to the leaders of UPNAAI who have rendered selfless service and significant contributions to the organization with the purpose of:
· Honoring the dedicated service and loyalty of the organization’s leaders
· Presenting recognition for a stand-out service to a leader who contributed a culture of compassion,
· Trust, respect, stewardship, professionalism, integrity, and leadership to the UPNAAI organization
· Demonstrating that this organization respects and values the volunteer service of its leaders
· Celebrating peer-to-peer recognition among its leaders
