Nurses Week Event (2026)

(UPNAA-NCR) recently recently marked a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to professional excellence and community empowerment.

Our first Continuing Education (CE) seminar, "Implicit Bias in Healthcare System," brought together nurses, allied health professionals, and community members for an insightful afternoon of learning, introspection, and dialogue.

The event was a resounding success, achieving an overwhelming 100% recommendation rate from all attendees. Driven by our goal to support our members' professional requirements, we utilized a streamlined fulfillment process that instantly delivered 2-hour CE certificates to participants' emails upon post-test completion—a feature that received immense praise.

Key Highlights & Participant Feedback

Engaging Multimedia: Curated film screenings served as powerful catalysts to visually demonstrate how implicit bias manifests in real-world clinical settings.

Interactive Panel & Q&A: Attendees highly valued the lively panel discussion and Q&A segments, which allowed for vulnerable, honest conversations regarding the systemic biases present in modern healthcare.

High Relevance: Participants noted that the learning objectives, content relevance, and strategies for practical application directly aligned with their daily clinical duties (all scoring 4.84 / 5.0).
